A 2015 metal, brass coloured dog tag that is oval shaped with a hole through the top. Stamped on the front of the dog tag is "20 // 15 // CITY OF // BROCKVILLE // 0192".

History
- On August 23rd, 2016 Brockville City Council approved a five year deal with DocuPet Inc. for internet-based pet registration and identification services. DocuPet is based in Kingston, Ontario and uses alpha-numeric code for use online identification. Prior to DocuPet, pet owners had to purchase licences in-person at City Hall.
